We now have a Premier Customer Club!!  Did you know that it is 100% FREE for you to utilize an online account and be part of the Premier Customer Club?

All About Storage customers that have an email address on file with our office have access to manage their account online. Once an email address is on file you will be alerted of the free membership to the Premier Customer Club and informed how to log in and start managing your account!

Online access allows you to:

  • Make online payments
  • Check payment history
  • Print Receipts
  • Enroll in autopayment and tenant insurance
  • Communicate with your storage manager
  • and More!

This will take you to a U-Haul Account screen.  Don’t mind that it says U-Haul, this is correct.  This is a secure site and they process our on-line payments.

Once on this page, use the Account Sign In section and simply enter the e-mail address you provided us and the “password” (sometimes called the “receipt number”) that we sent to your e-mail.  Once you have successfully logged into your account, you can change the password to something you can easily remember.

Remember to provide us with your email address and we will give you a login password so you can enjoy the valuable service of managing your self-storage account online today!

    • When you are in the website, there is a tab called “Pay Online”. If you click that tab you will be take into the “Pay Online” option. This page contains instructions on how to pay online, which basically says to click on the “Premier Customer Club login page”. From there, you can login to the site with the e-mail you provided us and the password we sent to your e-mail address on file. Once you are logged in, you can change your password to something you can remember. You can also make online payments, set up payment reminders, see your payment history, purchase storage insurance and more.

  1. I was attempting to set up to pay online but do not have the receipt number that is required. It states that this number is located on the upper left hand corner of my receipt but I guess I may be blind cause I don’t see it. Please contact me as to what the number is, thank you. -Tara Geyer-

    • The “receipt number” they are talking about is a password that was sent to your e-mail when you gave us your e-mail. I re-sent this password to your e-mail again today. Once you get signed in, you can change the password to something you can remember. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call.

    • Did you call into the office to give her your new e-mail? I just sent another pay online password, but it went to whatever e-mail we have on file. So if it’s still your old e-mail, you may not get it. If you don’t receive the pay online e-mail I just sent, please call the office during business hours to give her your new e-mail and she can send you the pay online password at that point. Office number is 740-382-6258.

    • All payments are due on the 1st of the month. Everybody gets a 5 day grace period to pay, so your payment would be due by the 5th to avoid a $10 late fee penalty. Since the 5th falls on a Sunday, you have until noon the first business day after the 5th, in this case for February 2018, you would have until noon on the 6th to pay without penalty. If you have a credit card on file, you can call the office (740-382-6258) 24 hours a day and leave a message for us to run your card on file and she will run it on Monday without any penalty.
